What we have to offer
Built in 1776. Swaffham Assembly Rooms is a stunning Grade II listed building in the heart of Swaffham Market Place.
The building primarily consists of two main rooms; the smaller Regency Room and the large Ballroom. Hire one or both, depending on the size of your event. The Regency Room can make a great 'break out' space when the Ballroom is used for the main activities.
The Ballroom can fit 100 seated and the Regency Room 60 seated.
The Assembly Rooms has managed to maintain its period features, whilst offering all the modern facilities needed for any event or special occasion.
Facilities include:

- a wireless omni sound PA system
- Large glitter ball & mood lighting system
- remote controlled electric blinds
- a fully equipped kitchen with crockery & cutlery
(with access hatch to the Ballroom)
- a smaller kitchen within the Regency Room

- fully accessible entrance with concrete slope and railings
- free short stay parking directly outside
- free long stay parking a five minute walk away

We have an in-house events co-ordinator who works with a team of trusted local suppliers to arrange everything you need for your big day.
We offer bespoke packages for all budgets, including flowers, catering, venue dressing and hire of props, such as, photo booth, shimmer wall or blossom trees.
